Kostmayer Construction maintains a strong safety rating by ensuring a safe working environment for our teams, clients, and our community partners.
We continuously train and encourage our workers to be aware of safety concerns in the surrounding area by making job site safety our #1 priority. Each project has a QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) plan, on-site safety professionals, and daily safety meetings with all team members to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
Kostmayer abides by all OSHA regulations, has regular third-party safety reviews, and works with ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors) to continue to improve upon our stellar safety protocols as well as the industry’s best practices.
All Kostmayer team members (Operators, Flagmen, Riggers, and Welders) have up-to-date certifications for their specialized crafts and possess TWIC cards, so they are ready to go to work in petrochemical facilities.
Because of Kostmayer’s tenacious commitment to safety, we’ve been awarded ABC National’s Diamond STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) Award numerous times. We have also earned multiple local awards and the ABC National Excellence in Construction award for the L’auberge Casino in Baton Rouge because of their dedication to safety, quality, and project management.
